先天性心脏病(CHD)是具有遗传背景的胎儿期最常见的结构异常,是新生儿死亡的主要原因,我国每年约12-20万CHD新生儿出生,死亡率达20%[1]。胎儿CHD往往为复合畸形,常规超声无法有效显示和检出轻度的心脏和血管畸形,漏诊率、误诊率较高[2]。彩色多普勒超声可有效显示心血管血流信号,提高对CHD检出率[3]。本研究为探讨彩色多普勒超声对CHD的诊断价值,回顾性分析了500例于我院进行产检的孕妇资料,结果如下。

应用改良心肌活动指数与肺静脉血流参数评估隔离肺胎儿心功能的研究

发育缺陷造成的肺先天性畸形[1],与支气管不相通,由体循环系统而非肺循环供血[2]。PS发生率占肺畸形的0.15%-6.4%,男女比例约为4∶1,约占胎儿胸腔内肿块的12%-16%[3-4]。绝大多数PS的胎儿预后良好,围产期病死率仅为5%[5]。PS的危险性在于其并发症带来的胎儿的生命威胁,病死率接近100%[6]。最常见的并发症因心脏受压引起的胎儿心力衰竭、纵隔移位、双肺发育不良等[7]。因此,当心功能出现异常变化时早期诊断及时干预,对改善隔离肺胎儿的预后有重要作用。本研究探讨改良心肌活动指数 ...
