野生动物学报, 2009 20世纪80年代出现的DNA指纹技术为个体的身份鉴定提供了一个精确的方法,已在法医学、亲子鉴定等方面得到了广泛的应用。而DNA分子标记技术自建立以来,相继被广泛地应用于评估遗传多样性以及个体识别、亲子鉴定等方面。本文综述了利用DNA分子标记技术构建DNA指纹图谱,进行人类或动物个体识别的原理、概念、分析方法、研究进展与存在的问题及其应用前景。
