RTV防污闪涂料是电力系统中广泛采用的防污措施,能够有效提高电力系统外绝缘耐污性能。但作为一种高分子材料,RTV涂料的耐候性并不理想,在长期运行中可能出现起皮、脱落、粉化等现象进而影响耐污性能。文中以同一厂家、不同运行环境下的RTV防污闪涂料样品作为研究对象,分析了涂料的性能指标及微观结构变化情况。分析发现,RTV防污闪涂料在运行后会出现有机基团含量下降、二氧化硅成分增加等现象,且高温高湿环境中样品的老化更为严重。研究表明,老化后的RTV防污闪涂料热稳定性下降,有机组分减少 ...

金属氧化物避雷器带电测试诊断技术探讨

分析了金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)在运行电压下的电流特性,介绍了典型阻性电流测试技术并分析了现场测试MOA受到干扰的问题,重点分析了临相间容性耦合干扰。提出了通过MOA阻性电流基波的电流-电压相角的变化量来推算阻性电流基波分量的增长量的方法。最后总结出将阻性电流基波分量作为主要分析指标,同时结合阻性电流三次谐波分量的对MOA的性能进行综合分析、判断的诊断技术。

对石英光纤紫外传输特性进行了研究和分析,提出一种石英紫外传输光纤的设计,并利用等离子体化学气相沉积(PCVD)工艺进行了光纤的制备。通过对光纤各项性能的测试和对比分析,总结了在石英光纤中掺杂材料组分对光纤紫外传输性能的影响,为研究高性能的石英系紫外传输光纤提供了依据。
