宫颈高级别病变HPV感染型别分析

目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)在宫颈高级别病变中的感染型别及感染率。方法统计2017年1月至2018年6月在扬州市妇幼保健院妇科就诊,并已被确诊为宫颈高级别病变的287人HPV型别感染情况,分别进行单一型别HPV感染率比较;不同类型HPV型别感染率比较;不同年龄段HPV型别感染率比较;不同类型疫苗所包含HPV型别病人感染比率比较,分析宫颈病变的可能性。结果在287人中,有257人HPV阳性。HPV感染单一型别比较以HPV16亚型感染率最高,131例(50.97%

妇科门诊患者宫颈感染人乳头瘤病毒基因分型检测特征分析
