目的 提高初次轮转眼科手术室的住院医师对手术医疗原则认识。方法 对自2014年12月至2015年12月来初次轮转眼科手术室住院医师共28人进行无菌原则、手术分级原则、两方核查原则进行培训，培训后问卷调查。结果 在为期2个月的培训后，住院医师对无菌原则、手术分级原则和核查原则的认识掌握均有较大提高，能够遵守培训内容顺利完成手术。结论 眼科手术室护理人员进行低年资住院医师的培训对于他们掌握认识无菌原则、手术分级原则和核查原则有较大帮助，掌握程度在培训后大大提高 ...
