Application of Painless Catheterization in Promoting Nursing Satisfaction of Elderly Patients [PDF]
目的 探讨无痛导尿术提升高龄患者关怀护理满意度的应用效果。方法 将80例女性手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组以常规方法行术前导尿，试验组行无痛导尿术及关怀护理操作法，比较两组患者导尿前后的心率、血压、血氧饱和度、疼痛程度、关怀护理满意程度的情况。结果 两组患者导尿后血压、心率的比较有显著性差异（р<0.05）；导尿后对照组的疼痛程度高于试验组，差异有显著性（р<0.05）；试验组患者满意度高于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义（р<0.01）。结论 ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2010 目的分析20例右室双出口矫治术的临床效果。方法 20例右室双出口患者室间隔缺损均为主动脉瓣下型,均采用心内隧道连接室间隔缺损与主动脉开口,自体心包片加宽右室流出道及肺动脉。结果全组无死亡,术后无左室流出道狭窄或右室流出道狭窄。随访3月-9年,临床效果满意。结论右室双出口解剖类型复杂,室间隔缺损的位置决定手术方案。手术的主要目的是重建左室流出道及右室流出道。
