Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2002 【目的】探讨合并糖尿病的妇科手术病人的围手术期处理。【方法】回顾性分析80 例妇科手术合并糖尿病病人 的手术前糖尿病诊断与围手术期控制血糖治疗方法, 随机抽取同期100 例非糖尿病患者作对照。【结果】两组患者术中、术后 均无手术并发症, 全部安全渡过围手术期, 伤口Ⅱ 期愈合分别有1 例和3 例, 其它均为Ⅰ 期愈合。【结论】糖尿病患者进行妇 科手术, 围手术期用胰岛素治疗并保持血糖浓度相对稳定, 是手术成功的关键。
