Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 1998 目的探讨蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂对肺癌细胞株的增殖抑制作用。方法用蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂对６株小细胞肺癌和７株非小细胞肺癌细胞株的增殖抑制效果进行了检测，并采用免疫法，测定了蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂对肺癌细胞内Ｒｂ蛋白表达的影响。结果随其浓度的增加，对肺癌细胞株的增殖抑制作用增强，小细胞肺癌的半数抑制量平均值ＳＴ为９５ｎＭ，ＵＣＮ－０１为５８８ｎＭ，非小细胞肺癌则分别为１８８ｎＭ和１０２９ｎＭ，ＳＴ和ＵＣＮ－０１可抑制肺癌细胞Ｒｂ蛋白的磷酸化。结论蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂通过抑制Ｒｂ蛋白的磷酸化 ...

四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 1998 从玉米种子纯化出两种巯基蛋白酶抑制剂（ＣＰＩ Ⅰ和ＣＰＩ Ⅱ），分子量分别为９５００和１３０００，它们都只抑制巯基蛋白酶的水解活性，而对丝氨酸蛋白酶则无抑制作用，属于巯基蛋白酶水解抑制剂，它们在ｐＨ３．０～１１．０或１００℃温度范围内保有１００％的抑制木瓜蛋白酶的抑制活性，表明在这些外界条件下其分子非常稳定．
