Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2016 【目的】 研究男性不育症患者精液过氧化物酶阳性白细胞浓度与精液及精子质量的关系。【方法】 回顾性分析近２年来在我院生殖医学中心就诊的男性不育症患者共计１６４例，根据精液过氧化物酶阳性白细胞浓度的不同将纳入研究的患者分为两组，其中非炎症组（白细胞浓度 ＜ １ × １０６／ｍＬ）１１０例，炎症组（白细胞浓度 ≥ １ × １０６／ｍＬ）５４例，两组患者中分别有５４例及１９例患者因配偶有不明原因的胚胎停育或自然流产史进行了精子ＤＮＡ碎片率的检测。通过分析和比较两组患者精液及精子主要参数有无差异可以得出相应的结论。

抗磷脂综合征对女性不孕及体外受精-胚胎移植助孕结局的研究进展
Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2023 抗磷脂综合征（APS）是一种与抗磷脂抗体持续存在有关的自身免疫性疾病，其主要特征为血栓形成和妊娠相关疾病的发生。APS可能通过影响卵巢功能、子宫蜕膜化等方式对女性的生殖功能造成不利的影响，并可能在体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）治疗中引起胚胎种植失败、胚胎种植后的妊娠丢失。常规在不孕人群IVF-ET前进行APS的筛查、治疗尚存在争议，应对患者的风险进行个体化评估，采取相应的管理措施，提高患者的助孕成功率，降低妊娠期母胎风险。本文综述了APS对不孕及IVF助孕结局的影响与人群的管理，为临床诊治提供新思路。
