不妊治療における人工受精ならびに体外受精胚移植の成績を検討する目的で,山梨医科大学産婦人科における過去2年間の成績を分析した。人工受精は78例255周期に施行した。妊娠率は症例当たり10,3%,周期当たり3.1%であった。原精子濃度20×10^6/ml以下の高度乏精子症においても1例が妊娠した。精液をswim up法を用いて処理することで精子運動率に有意な改善が認められた。しかし,乏精子症,精子無力症例では改善率が乏しかった。体外受精胚移植は39例55周期に行った。胚移植は28症例39周期に行われ ...
