平成30年度の飯田保健所における風しん抗体検査での抗体保有状況について [PDF]

要旨:風しんの流行に伴い、飯田保健所では風しん抗体検査の受検者の増加がみられた。風しんの抗体が全くないという受検者は全体の5%であり、国立感染症研究所の調査と同様であった。風しん防御に十分といえる32 倍以上の抗体を有する者は、20 代女性で33%、30 代女性で78%であった。予防接種歴だけでは十分な抗体があるかどうかは分からないため、先天性風しん症候群の予防のためには、とくに20 代女性への検査啓発や丁寧な事後指導が重要である。Article信州公衆衛生雑誌 14(1): 56-57(2019 ...
