直流接地极电流干扰下埋地金属管道防护距离影响因素研究

随着直流输电工程建设的快速发展及直流输电工程与埋地金属管道相邻不断增多,接地极极址的选择变得越来越困难。接地极对管道直流腐蚀影响的程度不仅与接地极电流和接近距离有关,还与土壤电阻率、土壤pH值和管道防腐层类型有关。文中在管道电路模型的基础上,建立了考虑管道极化效应的电路模型。通过文中计算方法的计算结果与CDEGS计算结果的对比,验证了文中算法的正确性。获得了典型设计参数下接地极与埋地金属管道的可供工程参考的防护距离,分析了土壤电阻率、土壤pH值、管道防腐层类型对接地极电流干扰下管道防护距离的影响 ...

共享杆塔时域仿真模型及线缆雷电流分布

高压电缆中间接头外半导电层缺陷放电研究

为研究高压电缆中间接头在外半导电层被划伤后的放电行为,采用脉冲电流法与高频电流耦合法以及硬件实时放电谱图采集,提取外半导电层含有贯穿性缺陷的高压电缆预制式中间接头中的局部放电信号,结合电场仿真以及接头放电模型对放电发展机理进行分析,结果表明:高频电流耦合传感器的灵敏度以及信噪比不及脉冲电流法,不易发现贯穿性缺陷激发的放电信号;外半导电层存在贯穿性缺陷的情况下,一旦线路中由于操作过电压或故障引起的过电压激发接头缺陷内发生放电,放电将迅速向增强绝缘层内部发展,最终形成贯穿性放电通道导致增强绝缘失效 ...

研究了侧面有机绝缘保护材料涂覆厚度和绝缘层形状对ZnO压敏电阻片脉冲闪络特性的影响,研究结果表明,增大绝缘保护层厚度,尤其是端部绝缘层厚度,可以有效地提高ZnO压敏电阻片的沿面脉冲闪络电压和电流。聚酯改性有机硅树脂B的绝缘保护效果优于聚酯型聚氨酯漆A。

直流ZnO电阻片的研究

为了满足特高压直流避雷器保护特性的要求,对ZnO压敏电阻片的电位梯度、非线性性、老化等电气特性进行深入研究。试验表明:当X(Bi2O3)/X(Sb2O3)的掺杂比例为一定值时,获得较低的残压比和较高的电位梯度;改变侧面无机绝缘层的成分使侧面绝缘层与电阻体在烧结时能紧密结合,同时增加有机绝缘保护层,提高电阻片侧面的表面电阻和侧面的防污能力及抗闪络能力,并可改善电阻片的老化特性;在较低的烧成温度下1 070~1 150℃和较长的保温时间4~7 h可获得高性能的特高压直流避雷器用直流电阻片。
