Nursing Management of Radical Laparoscopic Left Colon Cancer Operation Extracted Specimen by Natural Orifice [PDF]
, 2016 目的探讨经自然腔道取标本的腹腔镜左结肠癌根治术治疗及护理管理。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2015年6月该院29例采用自制套管器经肛门取标本的腹腔镜左结肠癌根治术患者临床资料。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,术中无中转开腹、大出血、预防性末端回肠造瘘和复发病例。随访4~20个月,除1例术后24 d、72 d分别出现2次肠梗阻,经过保守治疗和护理管理后好转。结论采用自制套管器经肛门取标本的腹腔镜左结肠癌根治术安全可行,术中良好的护理管理实施对手术顺利进行具有关键作用。Objective To explore

Huli yanjiu, 1991 病房管理是医院管理的重要部份,病房护士长是临床护理工作的组织领导者,病房管理的好坏取决于护士长的领导能力和管理水平。几年来,我院护士长队伍不断更新,由于正规管理学习培训少,缺乏临床管理经验,工作计划性不强,整天忙碌,工作却不见成效,为了提高护士长管理能力,能在千头万绪,情况多变的临床护理中抓住重点,做到科学性和计划性,护理部举办了护士长管理学习班。通过几年来的实践体会到:护士长要善于学习、科学地管理,才能提高护理质量,使病房管理工作逐步走向标准化。
