Huli yanjiu, 2008 摘要： 免费在线浏览：摘要：［目的］探讨食管支架治疗食管恶性狭窄及食管气管瘘的护理。［方法］对30例食管恶性狭窄和10例食管气管瘘放置食管支架的病人采取针对性的护理措施，加强心理护理、饮食护理、疼痛护理及并发症的预防。［结果］ 40例病人能够积极配合和参与治疗护理，有效预防了并发症的发生，减轻了不适症状。［结论］加强食管支架置入前后的护理，能有效减轻病人的不适症状，预防并发症的发生。

, 2016 目的探讨经自然腔道取标本的腹腔镜左结肠癌根治术治疗及护理管理。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2015年6月该院29例采用自制套管器经肛门取标本的腹腔镜左结肠癌根治术患者临床资料。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,术中无中转开腹、大出血、预防性末端回肠造瘘和复发病例。随访4~20个月,除1例术后24 d、72 d分别出现2次肠梗阻,经过保守治疗和护理管理后好转。结论采用自制套管器经肛门取标本的腹腔镜左结肠癌根治术安全可行,术中良好的护理管理实施对手术顺利进行具有关键作用。Objective To explore
