野生动物学报, 2022 保护和管理成效评估是一个自然保护区成功实施就地保护和提升管理能力的重要过程。通过对评估指标的量化分析和专家打分法,对内蒙古赛罕乌拉国家级自然保护区的保护与管理成效进行评估,结果显示:(1)保护区主要保护对象、生态系统结构、生态系统服务、主要威胁因素和违法违规情况5项保护成效评估内容的17个指标经赋值计算后,最终得分为87.25分,保护成效非常显著,除生态系统结构中的评估指标草地覆盖面积占比下降外,其他量化指标如主要保护物种的种群数量和分布范围、林地覆盖面积占比、湿地面积占比、指示物种生境适宜性 ...

野生动物学报, 2019 通过参与式农村评估方法（PRA），对新疆卡拉麦里山自然保护区的威胁因子和有效管理限制因素进行调查分析。对22项保护区主要保护对象的威胁因子及16项管理限制因素利用问题矩阵排序，并通过半结构式访谈，分析威胁因子现状，提出相应的有效管理措施。结果表明：威胁较为严重的自然因素包括极端气温、风沙干旱、暴风雪、马胃蝇等因子，能够通过气象监测、调整水源地等方法得到缓解；人为因素中非法开矿、过度放牧、公路铁路修建等造成了保护区生境的退化，应加强巡护管理。保护区有效管理最大的限制因素是管护资金不足 ...

野生动物学报, 2013 当今中国,有诸多的法律法规规范着人们的行为,其中有不少涉及自然保护管理的条文,但真正关于自然保护区建设与管理,只有一部专门法规,就是《中华人民共和国自然保护区条例》。笔者认为,自然保护区的管理,应当切实拿起法律这个武器,采取依法管理与加强内部管理相结合的方式,提高政府官员保护认识,强化自然保护区工作人员意识,充分发掘内部人力资源,调动各方面积极因素,建立内部管理长效机制,形成攻不破打不垮的坚实堡垒。只有这样,自然保护区所开展的科学研究、自然保护等工作,才更为科学、积极和有效。
