, 2012 目的 了解维持性血液透析患者的抑郁状况,并分析自我效能和社会支持与抑郁状况的关系.方法 选取北京市3所三级甲等医院80例维持性血液透析患者,并采用抑郁自评量表、社会支持评定量表和一般自我效能感量表进行调查.结果维持性血液透析患者抑郁发生率为60.00％,女性患者抑郁得分高于男性(P＜0.05);自费患者抑郁得分高于医疗保险和公费患者(P＜0 05).抑郁与自我效能、社会支持呈负相关.多元回归分析结果显示社会支持和自我效能是维持性血液透析患者抑郁的影响因素.结论 维持性血液透析患者抑郁发生率相对较高 ...
