石英玻璃的高温介电特性研究

基于克劳休斯-莫索缔方程和德拜理论,建立了石英玻璃的介电模型,分析了石英玻璃的高温介电及损耗性质.本文讨论了高温下析晶行为对石英玻璃介电常数的影响,并着重分析了石英玻璃介电损耗的来源,指出了在高温下石英玻璃的损耗主要是电导损耗,并得出了石英玻璃介电损耗的温度特性.

单模光纤宏弯损耗理论与实验研究

对单模光纤宏弯损耗进行了理论分析与实验测量,选取D.Marcuse、H.Renner和L.Faustini的理论公式模拟分析了康宁公司SMF28单模光纤的宏弯损耗,并与测量结果进行了对比。结果表明:根据D.Marcuse公式模拟的结果无法预测SMF28光纤宏弯损耗随弯曲半径变化而振荡的趋势,H.Renner的公式能够预测这种趋势,但模拟结果与测量结果差别较大,最大相对误差为57.8%,L.Faustini的公式也能模拟该趋势,且模拟结果与测量结果差别较小,最大相对误差仅为19.6 ...

SOI波导弯曲损耗改善方法的研究

基于压电陶瓷的光开关结构设计与实验研究

提出一种新型的基于压电陶瓷以及微流控技术的阵列光开关,重点研究了该光开关波导层的光功率损耗。运用Opti-FIBER软件对波导层波导的耦合损耗进行了分析与仿真,实验测量了不同情况下光开关的耦合损耗。仿真及实验研究表明,该光开关理论最低插入损耗值为0.042 524 dB,光开关速度为100μs。该光开关具有结构简单、开关速度快和损耗低等优点。
