随着换流变压器额定负荷的增加,其内部绕组的散热问题愈来愈受到重视。文中针对某北方高压直流输电换流站内换流变压器,研究了OFAF(强迫油循环风冷)冷却方式下进口油流量,进口油温等因素对变压器内部流动传热的影响规律,提出了能够强化传热的导流板设计方案。研究结果表明,进口油温20 ℃时,使内部散热效果达到最佳状态的最小冷却油流量为7.5 kg/s;进口油温升高会引起冷却油粘度大幅降低,使得绕组内部相对温升反而降低;增加导流挡板能够有效强化变压器内部传热,导流板完全封闭时在额定工况下可以使顶油温度下降约9 ...
