在研发和设计H2/空气质子交换膜燃料电池时,如何促进扩散介质及气流通道内液态水的传输是需要考虑的主要问题之一.本文运用FLUENT软件流体体积(VOF)模块模拟了燃料电池气体扩散层表面液滴的形成、脱落及输运行为.液滴受气体剪切力、粘滞力和表面张力的共同影响,对不同的壁面浸润角和不同的气体剪切力,呈现出复杂的液滴动力学行为.考察了通道气体流速和扩散层表面浸润力对液滴行为的影响.结果表明,增大扩散层表面浸润角或入口气流速度均可以促进扩散层表面液滴的跃离,前者对液滴跃离的促进作用更大 ...

提高绝缘子憎水性等级判定的准确性可精确复合绝缘子的老化水平。分析接触角、液滴体积和液体参数对液滴面积和液滴面积法灵敏度的影响,得出了随着接触角增加液滴面积和其灵敏度下降,随液滴体积、液体参数的增加液滴面积和灵敏度均增大的规律。总结了水在常见体积下的水珠面积法与接触角的对应关系,表明了接触角过大时液滴面积变化非常小,灵敏度大大下降,面积法应用在材料表面接触角小于临界接触角的情况下。采用不同的绝缘材料实测了液滴面积和接触角,验证了测量结果的可靠性。

选用不同憎水性等级的硅橡胶材料作为试样,用接触角测量系统实时记录液滴在试样表面的动态变化过程,对动态接触角精确测量,考察动态接触角与憎水性等级的对应关系,以及表面粗糙度对动态接触角度的影响。试验结果表明前接触角只能在一定程度上表明憎水性的优劣,但却不能准确判断其处于何种憎水性等级;后接触角大小在HC1HC4级范围内与憎水性等级存在较好的对应关系,但两者对应的临界值与国标GB/T 24622-2009中的推荐值有一定的差别;随着憎水性等级的增加,表面粗糙度将不断增大,其对动态接触角的影响较大 ...
