Dianci bileiqi, 2013 以4种不同湿润性等级的硅橡胶材料作为样本,用接触角测量仪记录液滴在试样表面的变化,对静态和动态接触角精确测量,考察了测量时间对静态接触角的影响,以及接触角度与湿润性等级的对应关系。研究结果表明:静态接触角大小随测量时间延长先是比较稳定,而后下降明显,最后趋于稳定,推荐在10 s内测量完成;静态接触角与湿润性等级的区分性较差,而后接触角则能准确反应试样的湿润性,但实验表明,其大小和湿润性等级对应的临界值与国标GB/T 24622-2009中的推荐值有一定的差别,还需进一步地研究界定。

Dianci bileiqi, 2017 在实际电力系统线路运行环境中,硅橡胶表面的不同染污程度和水滴吸收污层盐分共同作用影响硅橡胶表面液滴接触角的大小。采用悬滴法测量盐溶液表面张力和理论计算法测量污层表面张力,并对比盐溶液在洁净硅橡胶表面的接触角和水在污层表面的接触角,分别分析液体表面张力和固体表面张力对液滴形态的影响规律。结果表明,对于盐溶液液滴,随着NaCl浓度增大,其表面张力增大,盐液滴在洁净硅橡胶表面的接触角增大;对于污层表面,由于盐密增大,固体表面张力增大,故即使水液滴吸收了污层中盐分使得自身表面张力增大,液滴接触角仍减小 ...
