电力系统网络攻击信息物理双层协同紧急控制方法 [PDF]

信息通信技术的快速发展使得电力系统成为典型的信息物理系统(cyber physical systems,CPS)。在电网侧控制日趋智能化的同时,也引入了网络攻击的风险。本文基于关联矩阵模型分析了网络攻击对电力CPS的影响,然后针对攻击后的信息组件、物理设备状态对后续控制策略的影响,提出了信息物理协同的双层控制策略调整方法,通过IEEE标准系统验证所提方法的可行性和有效性。

定功率跟踪控制的光伏并网低电压穿越策略

为了解决光伏发电在电网电压跌落过程中,逆变器两侧功率不平衡出现过电流和过电压的问题,设计了一种定功率跟踪控制的光伏并网低电压穿越策略。通过定功率跟踪控制对光伏阵列输出功率进行调节,根据电压跌落深度,合理给定功率参考值,控制光伏阵列的功率输出,实现交、直流侧功率的快速平衡,限制直流母线电压的增长。通过逆变器无功补偿控制,不仅能限制并网电流在安全范围内,还能够根据跌落深度提供无功支撑,有效地利用了逆变器自身的无功调节能力。结果表明,该策略能够抑制过电压和过电流,使系统具备一定的低电压穿越能力。最后 ...

针对应用于交直流配电网的电力电子变压器(power electronic transformer, PET),分析了输入级MMC子模块电容电压波动的机理,结合电力电子变压器的特殊结构,提出了一种优化运行控制策略,通过在DC/DC变换器的控制环节上增加电流修正量,以减小输入级MMC子模块电容电压波动。利用Matlab建立了电力电子变压器的仿真模型,通过仿真验证了控制策略的有效性。

基于改进载波移相SPWM的链式STATCOM电容电压平衡控制策略

介绍了传统载波移相SPWM及脉冲循环换位调制策略,指出了上述方法由于级联H逆变桥的电路参数及损耗差异等因素,无法真正实现链式STATCOM的电容电压平衡。笔者通过对传统载波移相SPWM调制策略进行改进,提出了一种新的链式STATCOM电容电压平衡控制策略,分析了该策略的基本原理与实现过程。通过PSCAD/EMTDC对该控制策略进行了仿真,结果说明,该策略可以很好地实现电容电压的平衡,而且对上层控制、装置的谐波特性不会产生影响。
