, 2018 目的:观察丹莪妇康煎膏联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将原发性痛经患者335例随机分为观察组及对照1组、对照2组。观察组112例予丹莪妇康煎膏联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,对照1组110例予丹莪妇康煎膏治疗,对照2组113例予妈富隆治疗。治疗3个月后随访3个月观察患者痛经改善情况。结果:观察组6例未完成规定疗程,其余痊愈45例,显效30例,有效19例,总有效率88. 7%(94/106);对照1组7例未完成规定疗程,其余患者痊愈27例,显效23例,有效34,总有效率81. 6%(84/
