Gaoya dianqi, 2010 提出一种基于小波-包络谱能量提取振动信号特征并进行故障诊断的新方法。首先应用小波分析对振动信号进行降噪处理,然后与希尔伯特变换相结合,提取振动信号的低频和高频包络,最后对包络信号进行谱分析及能量特征提取。实验结果表明,该方法对提取高压真空断路器机械振动信号的特征是有效的,可为故障诊断提供依据。

To explore whether program stigma affects attitudes about administrative burdens, a survey (N = 2204) was fielded to assess differences in attitudes about seven policies decreasing administrative burdens and two policies increasing administrative burdens.

Shuitu Baochi Xuebao[目的] 水土保持措施类型及其配置模式复杂繁多,准确识别与精细化提取水土保持措施详细配置信息是获取水土保持措施因子值的基础。[方法] 水土保持措施信息获取方式主要有传统的野外调查、卫星遥感影像和无人机近景摄影等,其识别与提取方法主要包括目视解译、传统的机器学习、面向对象分类方法及深度学习模型。通过梳理国内外水土保持措施识别与提取方法的研究成果,总结存在的不足并提出研究展望。[结果] 在语义分割中未来的特征融合与多模态学习、弱监督与半监督学习、集成学习和元学习等均可被运用到水土保持措施提取中。[结论 ...

野生动物学报, 2010 褐马鸡是中国特有的国家Ⅰ级保护濒危鸟类,为了解决野生褐马鸡分子生物学研究中存在的取样局限性,采用非伤害性取样和非损伤性取样,对褐马鸡微量血液、皮、脚垫、指甲、羽毛、陈旧标本的皮以及粪便的DNA提取进行了初步研究。结果表明,从褐马鸡微量血液（10μL）中可以提取到浓度和纯度高的基因组DNA（41.85μg）;从褐马鸡的皮、脚垫、指甲、羽毛中可以提取出基因组DNA并扩增出目标片断;陈旧标本的皮能够提取到基因组DNA。该研究将拓宽褐马鸡分子生物学研究的采样范围,并可以提高野外非损伤性取样在保护遗传学中的应用。

Zhongguo youzhi为了提高玉米油精炼的附加值，并实现硅藻土的可循环利用，以玉米油精炼副产物含蜡脂的硅藻土为原料，采用超声辅助水剂法提取玉米蜡脂，考察了不同提取条件对玉米蜡脂提取率的影响，并通过响应面法优化玉米蜡脂提取的工艺条件。结果表明：超声辅助水剂法提取玉米蜡脂的最佳工艺条件为超声功率480 W、超声时间4 h、提取温度95 ℃、料液比1∶ 3，在此条件下玉米蜡脂提取率为（59.46±0.91）%。综上，超声辅助水剂法可以有效提取硅藻土中的玉米蜡脂。In order to improve the corn oil ...
