四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2007 本文对手写体数字的特征提取方法进行了讨论,分析了当前使用较多的三种特征提取方法,指出了各自的优缺点,并在此基础上提出了一种新的特征提取方案,即13点特征提取方法,该方法从每个字符中提取关键的13个点作为特征点,其主要特点是特征提取简单有效,节省了特征提取时间,提高了识别系统的运行速度.用同一种网络对特征提取后的结果进行训练和识别.仿真结果表明,13点特征提取法用于手写体数字的识别有着极好的适应性,在运行速度和识别率上比起其它算法都有很大的提高,从而极大地证实了新算法的有效性及实用性.

Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2013 针对道路提取的同物异谱和同谱异物难题，提出了 一种基于邻域总变分和边缘检测的遥感影像道路提取方法，先对原始影像进行邻域总变分分割，提取出影像中具有均匀材质的地物，并采用Canny边缘检测方法获得原始影像的边缘数据；然后将边缘数据和分割结果融合，使均匀材质区域中的非道路地物和道路分离；最后采用多方向结构进一步提取狭长并具有一定宽度的道路.实验证明本文提出的道路提取方案能同时提取影像中光谱略有差异的道路，能有效剔除和道路黏连在一起的同谱异物地物，并能提取具有一定弯度的道路.

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2020 目的探讨在高原地区采用AMBION抽提试剂盒提取RNA的最佳条件。方法采用AMBION抽提试剂盒,对126份大鼠耳蜗(每份耳蜗分为2组,实验组和对照组)提取RNA,实验组采用AMBION抽提试剂盒优化条件提取RNA,对照组按照AMBION抽提试剂盒说明书提取RNA。结果实验组和对照组均能成功提取大鼠耳蜗组织RNA,总RNA的提取量分别为:0.896±0.348μg,0.536±0.404μg(P>0.05);实验组RNA浓度高于对照组,分别为:0.147±0.047μg/μl,0.072±0.022μg/
