低共熔溶剂提取油茶籽壳中原花青素的工艺优化Optimization of extraction of procyanidins from oil-tea camellia seed shell with deep eutectic solvents

为促进油茶籽副产物的高值化利用,采用低共熔溶剂提取油茶籽壳中的原花青素,通过单因素试验考察了提取溶剂种类、摄取溶剂质量分数、料液比、提取温度和提取时间对原花青素得率的影响,并利用正交试验对油茶籽壳中原花青素提取的工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:低共熔溶剂提取油茶籽壳中原花青素的最优工艺条件为以氯化胆碱-柠檬酸(物质的量比1∶ 1)溶液为提取溶剂、氯化胆碱-柠檬酸溶液质量分数80%、料液比1∶ 25、提取温度80 ℃、提取时间40 min,在此条件下原花青素得率为5.26%。综上 ...

为准确定量油茶籽油中三萜类物质,对分光光度法测定油茶籽油中总三萜含量的样品前处理方法进行研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验考察了乙醇体积分数、提取温度、提取时间和提取次数对油茶籽油中总三萜含量的影响。结果表明:各因素对油茶籽油中总三萜提取的影响程度从大到小依次为乙醇体积分数>提取次数>提取温度=提取时间;油茶籽油中总三萜的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数80%、提取温度80 ℃、提取时间40 min、提取次数4次,在此条件下提取测得油茶籽油中总三萜含量为(0.78±0.06)%(以齐墩果酸计)。综上 ...

建立了适用于蛋黄卵磷脂(供注射用)中棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、花生四烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸含量测定的分析方法。样品在具塞试管直接水浴加热甲酯化,正庚烷常温振荡提取后进气相色谱仪在起始柱温210 ℃下进行分析,利用外标法计算7种脂肪酸的含量。方法的专属性、精密度、准确度、耐用性考察均符合规定,在一定的质量浓度范围内,7种脂肪酸甲酯质量浓度与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999。该方法适用于蛋黄卵磷脂(供注射用)中7种脂肪酸含量的测定。 The method for the ...

油茶籽饼中茶皂苷的超声-微波 辅助法提取工艺优化Optimization of ultrasound-microwave assisted extraction of tea saponins from oil-tea camellia seed cake
