Fushe yanjiu yu fushe gongyi xuebao本研究以佛手提取液为原料，采用60Co γ射线辐照处理提升其多酚含量，并评估其在保湿、皮肤刺激性、抗氧化、美白及抗炎等方面的护肤功效。结果表明，随着吸收剂量的增加，提取液中的总多酚含量逐步升高，且其对2，2-二苯基-1-三硝基肼基自由基的清除效率与吸收剂量呈正相关。在变色硅胶和46%湿度条件下，佛手提取液表现出较高的保湿率，其保湿性能优于甘油和透明质酸钠。皮肤刺激性测试结果显示，高浓度佛手提取液处理后皮肤呈现白皙光洁状态，且无刺激性，而低浓度下无刺激反应。在0~50 kGy吸收剂量范围内 ...
