Gongye shui chuli, 2023 某精细化工园区污水厂设计规模为10 000 m3/d，通过升级改造，使出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB 18918—2002）一级A标准。生化前端新建臭氧催化氧化工艺提高废水可生化性，为后续生化处理提供有利条件；原有AO生化系统改造为AO+移动床生物膜（MBBR）提高COD、TN去除率；末端设置高密度沉淀池和滤布滤池去除悬浮物。经调试运行，改造后的处理工艺运行效果稳定良好，出水平均COD、NH3-N、TN、TP分别达到26.7、2.44、10.9、0.14 mg/L。

Gongye shui chuli, 2023 针对传统垃圾渗滤液处理工艺存在直接生化处理难度大、深度处理膜组件更换频繁等问题，以某垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理站升级改造为例，提出传统老化渗滤液处理站升级改造方案。该处理站渗滤液经过“高效固液分离—水解酸化—A2/O/MBR—臭氧气浮—碟管式反渗透膜（DTRO）”的组合工艺处理后，出水满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》（GB 16889—2008）标准要求，可实现垃圾渗滤液的稳定达标排放，改造投资和运营成本在可接受的范围内。
