电化学与药剂联合处理循环水控制节水技术应用研究

某炼厂基于节水减排的需求,采用增设电化学装置作为改造方案,对循环水系统进行升级改造。为将循环水钙硬度+总碱度控制在1 000 mg/L以下,综合考虑电化学装置的处理能力、补水水质情况和业主要求的2 a收回改造成本的目标,确定将升级改造后系统的浓缩倍率提高至7倍。以该电化学节水技术升级改造的电化学与药剂联合处理循环水控制的节水系统为案例进行分析,连续运行0.5 a后,升级改造后使该循环水系统的浓缩倍率由4倍提高到7倍以上,循环补水量降低了19.7%,排污量降低了64.5%。并分析了电化学节水技术的经济性 ...

复合水解酸化-CASS工艺处理高比例印染废水的应用

通过在原水解酸化池中安装弹性填料并增加泥水分离池,将CASS池剩余污泥排放至水解酸化池等改造措施,采用复合水解酸化-CASS组合工艺处理高比例印染废水。改造后的运行结果表明,复合水解酸化池显著提高了废水的可生化性,BOD5/COD能稳定达到0.4左右,并使得后续的CASS工艺极大提升了对废水中有机污染物的去除率。改造后的系统出水稳定,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准。

农村生活污水治理中单一厌氧池工艺升级改造

【目的】目前我国在农村生活污水治理工作方面已经取得了很大的提高与成效,但也不可避免存在许多问题,其中我国农村大量建成的单一厌氧池普遍存在氨氮去除率低的问题。【方法】对此,本文以增城区某农污站点为试点,将厌氧池改造为厌氧-好氧(AO)工艺并进行处理效果及经济分析。【结果】改造后出水氨氮的平均去除率由13.64%的提高至67.00%;化学需氧量(COD)平均去除率由63.14%提高至82.28%;悬浮物(SS)平均去除率由60.69%提升至76.15%;总磷及总氮去除率也分别达到了93.

林可霉素生产废水处理站的改造

对某林可霉素生产废水处理站进行了改造。为提高废水的可生化性,增设了水解调节池,好氧生化工艺改为AB法;对于废水中难于生物降解的有机物,采用Fenton氧化法处理,药剂投加量以出水水质达标为目标。处理站改造的工程投资为96.0万元,改造后的运行成本为3.36元/m3。
