ZN98型真空断路器弹簧操动机构机械动力学特性仿真研究

真空断路器用弹簧操动机构的优化设计

真空断路器用操动机构的传动运动特性及其操作的输出功,对提高真空断路器的操作性能及使用寿命都具有直接的影响。通过对弹簧操动机构的凸轮-连杆机构的运动分析,建立了真空断路器用操动机构的优化数学模型,并利用 MATLAB语言的优化工具箱方便地实现了优化过程。优化结果表明,它既改善了整个操动机构的传动性能,也减少了操动机构的输出功。

带气动操动机构GIS断路器振动特性仿真研究及改进

文中采用建模和仿真方法对安装于某水电厂的某一带气动操动机构的330 kV GIS断路器分、合闸操作异常振动问题展开研究。首先,建立了带气动操动机构断路器的运动模型,仿真分析了其操作时的振动特性及气动机构工作气压变化对振动特性的影响。然后,又对带液压操动机构断路器操作时的振动特性展开了建模和仿真分析。部分仿真结果也与试验结果进行了对比,能够较好吻合。通过对带两种不同操动机构断路器振动特性仿真结果的对比发现:液压操动机构断路器的振动强度比气动机构的要小,而且液压机构断路器振动强度的衰减速度更快 ...

FZW型真空断路器的弹簧操动机构故障分析

提出一种真空断路器弹簧操动机构故障的分析方法。针对FZW型真空断路器的弹簧操动机构,用Solidworks实体造型软件建立了弹簧操动机构的三维实体模型。阐述了弹簧刚度系数和阻尼的确定方法,并确定了机构中的弹簧及其他构件的参数。最后对弹簧操动机构进行运动学仿真,从各主要构件的运动情况和受力情况中分析了弹簧操动机构可能出现的故障以及防范措施。结果表明,构建弹簧操动机构的实体模型进行运动仿真分析,可以为真空断路器的故障分析提供依据。
