对碟簧液压操动机构常用的阶梯型缓冲结构进行了理论分析,在AMESim仿真环境下建立了相应的仿真模型,并对碟簧液压操动机构的缓冲特性进行仿真分析。通过仿真分析与有限元强度分析多次交互的方法对缓冲特性进行优化,为碟簧液压操动机构缓冲结构的设计提供依据。

现代,110千伏电压级以上的油断路器,广泛地采用液压操动机构。国内很多高压开关制造厂,如西安高压开关厂、上海开关厂、沈阳高压开关厂等,对液压操动机构曾经进行了大量的研究试制工作,设计了几种简单和性能良好的液压操动机构,取得了显著成绩。本文提出了配用液压操动机构后,高压断路器的分合闸速度的计算方法,并用西安高压开关厂的SW6—220型少油断路器与GY3型简化液压机构的结构尺寸和实验数据加以验证。
