KOH改性活性炭涂层电极的电容去离子性能研究

用KOH对市售的粉末活性炭进行表面改性。采用BET分析改性前后活性炭的表面结构,并采用活性炭涂层电极构建电容去离子吸附装置,研究改性后电极的去离子效果。研究表明:经过KOH改性后,活性炭的比表面积从519.25 m2/g增加到975.07 m2/g,提高了87.78%,中孔孔容占总孔孔容的百分比提高了48.28%,改性后活性炭的孔隙结构和孔径的分布更有利于溶液中的Na+和Cl-通过,提高了电极的吸附速率。

硝酸改性活性炭催化微波诱导降解水中结晶紫的研究

研究了硝酸改性活性炭(AC)催化微波(MW)照射降解水中结晶紫的方法。探讨了改性液浓度、改性时间、MW照射时间、催化剂用量和结晶紫溶液初始浓度等因素对降解的影响。结果表明,改性AC催化活性高于未改性AC。对于25.0 mL 100 mg/L结晶紫溶液,当改性AC质量浓度为2.0 g/L,MW照射3.0 min时,降解率为94.6%。通过提高催化剂用量至2.4 g/L或延长照射时间至4.0 min,降解率分别可达98.2%和100%。此法适合于染料废水的处理。

果壳生物质炭的改性及其对DEP的吸附机理

为探究改性前后生物质炭的理化属性变化及其对邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)的吸附机理,以椰子壳和花生壳为原料制备生物质炭,分别进行14% H3PO4改性和1.0 mol/L NaOH-30% H2O2联合改性处理。结果表明:改性后生物质炭的芳香化程度和含氧官能团含量增加,除C300N (经NaOH-H2O2改性的300℃—椰子壳生物质炭)外比表面积(SA)都增大。P800N (经NaOH-H2O2改性的800℃—花生壳生物质炭)有最大的SA (584.22 m2/g),因此对DEP的吸附亲和力最高 ...

有机改性膨润土对聚丙烯酰胺吸附性能的研究

研究了有机改性膨润土对石油废水中聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的去除效果。实验结果表明:由溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)阳离子改性的膨润土和双阳离子改性的膨润土对PAM的吸附等温线都符合Langmuir等温吸附曲线,改性膨润土的层间距的大小是影响饱和吸附量的一个重要因素,质量分数为7%的单阳离子改性膨润土对PAM的去除率可达到90%以上;双阳离子改性膨润土对PAM的饱和吸附容量随长碳链表面活性剂CTMAB的增加而增加。
