伪火花放电(Pseudospark)是在低气压(10~100Pa)下的一种轴向对称的放电现象。它的潜在应用价值非常大,而且范围极广。例如:用它来做高压大功率、高速触发开关;用于产生高强度、高度收缩的电了束与离子束;作为脉冲X射线源等等。这里介绍这种放电的基本特点以及一些研究结果。

通过建立介质阻挡放电试验系统,采用Q-V Lissajous图形法研究了激励电压峰值VP-P、放电气隙lg对介质阻挡放电主要参量的影响。试验结果表明:增大VP-P、lg可提高介质阻挡放电的放电功率P;固定lg时,电介质层等效电容Cd随VP-P的增大而增大,放电间隙等效电容Cg随VP-P的增大而减小,VP-P对等效总电容C的影响不大;C、Cd、Cg均随lg增大而减小;电荷传输量Q、气隙等效电场强度Eg随VP-P的增大而升高,随lg的增大而降低。
