利用电路谐振产生高频高幅值的正弦波电压的介质阻挡放电电源,通过调整电源的逆变电路的直流输入电压,同时逆变电路开关频率跟踪电路谐振频率,可以实现介质阻挡放电负载功率的近似线性调整。研究表明,随着逆变器直流输入电压的增加,负载放电电流逐渐增大,负载功率逐渐接近于给定直流电压下的电源输出的最大功率,负载功率因数逐渐增大,逆变器输出因数逐渐接近于1,电源效率逐渐增加。

笔者对刀片式交流滑动弧放电过程进行了系统的分析,考察了进气流量、电极间距等因素对放电电压、电流、放电功率、对流换热等物理参数的影响。实验结果表明:当流量较低,如0.9L/min时,放电电压随着弧长增加呈现二次曲线增长;当流量提高,超过10L/min时,放电电压在电弧较短区域变得紊乱。放电功率随着气流量的增加,先线性增长后保持稳定,而单位气流量能耗持续下降,从而可以将滑动弧放电随流量变化分为3个阶段,其中10~35L/min的中等流量适用于气体处理。在每半个周期内,放电功率近似正弦变化 ...
