基于相关分析的同步断路器可控开断故障选相研究

可控开断故障电流能有效提高断路器的开断能力和延长其电寿命。断路器可控开断多相故障电流的关键是快速、可靠识别故障类型和故障相。笔者采用相关分析法获得特殊相的正、负序故障分量的相位关系,从而根据相位关系快速、可靠实现确定故障类型和相应故障相;采用MATLAB建立高压断路器开断故障电流模型,对提出的故障选相算法的性能进行了测试验证。测试结果表明,提出算法能够在故障发生后半个周期内准确识别出特定条件下的故障类型和故障相,为同步断路器可控开断故障电流实现提供了理论依据和实现基础。

广东韶关电网鸟害跳闸故障统计分析及防护

针对广东韶关电网近年来深受鸟害故障影响,根据2003-2016年韶关电网输电线路跳闸故障情况,重点统计分析了鸟害故障数据。统计分析发现:该地区电网年均鸟害故障发生率为9.13%,鸟害故障已成为仅次于雷击灾害的输电线路跳闸第二大原因。研究表明:该地区鸟巢故障占比46.67%成为鸟害故障的首要故障类型,鸟害故障主要集中在110 kV和220 kV输电线路,发生在6-8时的鸟害故障占比26.67%,发生在3-7月份的鸟害故障占比70%。研究结果可为输电线路运行维护中的鸟害防治工作提供借鉴和参考。

基于粗糙集理论的电力设备故障诊断方法

电力设备的故障诊断可以看成一个模式分类问题,每一个电力设备故障对应一组特征集。笔者提出了根据电力设备故障案例的故障状况和故障的相关检测参数,建立故障诊断决策表(即“知识库”),并以决策表为主要工具,采用粗糙集理论方法,直接从故障样本集中导出诊断规则,为电力设备提供有效的故障诊断。采用这一方法,在通过信息网络实现远程诊断等过程中,在用户所获取的故障参数信息数据不完备的情况下,有可能为电力设备故障诊断服务提供一条新途径。
