母乳嗅刺激对足月新生儿足跟采血疼痛的影响

目的 探讨母乳嗅刺激对新生儿足跟采血时急性疼痛的影响。方法 选择2019年2月-10月在西南医科大学附属医院出生的84例足月健康新生儿。随机分为母乳组(n=42)和配方奶组(n=42)。足底采血前3min,母乳组将滴有母乳的棉球放置在距离新生儿鼻子10cm处,采血结束10min后,取走棉球。配方奶组使用配制好的配方奶液,其余操作与母乳组相同。评估两组新生儿采血前、采血中和采血后疼痛评估量表(NIPS),比较两组新生儿心率、血氧饱和度和采血前后取新生儿唾液检测皮质醇水平。结果 两组新生儿采血前NIPS评分、

液体石蜡油擦澡加鞣酸软膏涂臀预防新生儿臀炎效果好

新生儿皮肤柔嫩,极易受大小便刺激,不注意预防和护理,易使皮肤发红,影响新生儿身体健康,重者新生儿臀部皮肤破溃、糜烂,病菌侵入血液,导致败血症的发生,危及病儿生命,但只要耐心、细致、认真负责地做好新生儿护理,新生儿臀炎是完全可以预防的。85年我院婴儿室采取液体石蜡—鞣酸软膏涂臀,预防臀炎,取得了明显的效果。全年住院新生儿1460名,仅发生臀炎9例,发病率的占住院新生儿总数的0.61%,较84年度下降4.15%。

自身脐血输入法抢救新生儿窒息180例

凡是新生儿娩出1分钟,仅有心跳而仍无呼吸或呼吸功能不全即为新生儿窒息.其主要原因是由于急性缺氧所致的一种新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症。并在新生儿死亡中占主要位置。我们在临床工作中应用自身脐血输入法抢救新生儿窒息180例,收到显著效果。 一、自身脐血输入适应症: 1、胎儿娩出后脐血管充盈。 2、Apgar式评分法≥3分。 二、自身脐血输入方法: 1、娩出胎儿后,助产者快速顺脐带至新生儿方向挤压,使脐血流入新生儿体内. 2、脐血自输约30—50ml后,新生儿可出现自主呼吸,效果显著。

江豚胎儿形态发生及生殖规律的研究
