野生动物学报, 2021 白斑军舰鸟为鲣鸟目军舰鸟科大型热带海鸟，常见于中国南海、南沙群岛和西沙群岛，从未见在辽宁省等北方海域被发现过。2018年5月20日在喀左龙源湖湿地的天空中发现1只白斑军舰鸟，经查阅辽宁省鸟类分布相关文献资料发现，白斑军舰鸟在辽宁省属于分布新纪录，同时也成为白斑军舰鸟在中国最北端的最新发现记录。
