目的菌根作为连接植物与土壤的桥梁,在土壤碳(C)库收支平衡中扮演着关键角色。菌根通过吸收土壤中的矿物营养物质以交换植物光合作用固定的C,同时也通过呼吸作用造成土壤C损失。尽管人们对菌根在土壤碳输入、分解和固持方面的作用已有较深入了解,但关于菌根对土壤呼吸的影响仍相对有限。方法采用网络排除法和比较法综述菌根对土壤呼吸的影响及其调控因子。结果通过网格排除法,有学者成功分离并量化菌根呼吸,发现其平均占土壤呼吸的16.8%。具体而言,丛枝菌根呼吸和外生菌根呼吸对土壤呼吸的贡献分别为18.4%(2.5%~32.0%
