Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2018 急性心肌梗死（AMI）是严重的心血管疾病。近年来,由于对AMI的早期识别及有效干预,包括经皮冠状动脉介入手术（PCI）、冠状动脉旁路搭桥术的应用,AMI致死率较前明显下降,但AMI作为临床上的急危重症,早期诊断及及早干预病情对改善预后尤为重要,目前诊断AMI金标准仍是肌钙蛋白、肌红蛋白及肌酸激酶同工酶,本研究以急性心肌梗死血浆中miR-30d为研究目标,探讨血浆miR-30d可作为急性心肌梗死超急性期的诊断指标。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2018 胎儿宫内生长受限(FGR)在临床工作中屡见不鲜,对孕妇心理及胎儿预后有一定的影响,我国发病率平均为6.39%[1-4]。胎儿生长受限时围生儿的患病率和死亡率均高于正常体重胎儿,对远期体格和智力发育也有一定影响[5]。近年来随产前检查的系统化和正规化,早期胎儿宫内生长受限的诊断率逐渐升高,早期发现、早期诊断、早期干预具有重要意义。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2014 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病及糖耐量异常患者早期行为干预对妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析我医院2010年1月-2010年12月收治的87例妊娠期糖尿病和糖耐量异常孕妇的临床资料。随机分为两组,一组43例作为研究组在常规孕期保健的基础上进行早期行为干预,另一组44例采用常规孕期保健。观察两组孕妇妊娠结果。结果与对照组比较,研究组孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、胎儿窘迫、巨大儿、胎儿生长受限、早产、母亲产后出血的发生率、分娩并发症的发生率及手术产率均明显低于对照组;差异显著,有统计学意义 ...
