Compliance with World Health Organization's COVID‐19 guidelines among Iraqi health workers
Abstract During the COVID‐19 pandemic, the World Health Organization (WHO) introduced guidelines with respect to hygiene practices, quarantine policies, and medical practices for health institutions to follow. Most studies examining compliance with WHO guidelines have been conducted at individual level but not at institutional level.

Background – While the clinical features were described recently, the histopathological characterisation of trunk‐dominant canine pemphigus foliaceus (PF) is lacking, and whether it differs from classic facial or insecticide‐triggered PF is unknown. Hypothesis/Objectives – This study describes the histopathological findings of trunk‐dominant PF, and ...

The Microstructure Evolution and Mechanical Properties of (FeCoCrNi)100‐x(AlCu)x High‐Entropy Alloys
ABSTRACT This study systematically investigates the effects of AlCu addition on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of (FeCoCrNi)100‐x(AlCu)x (x = 0, 5, 10, 15, 20; at%) high‐entropy alloys (HEAs). The results reveal that the microstructure evolves from coarse equiaxed to refined equiaxed, dendritic, and ultimately dual‐phase ...

ABSTRACT Internal oxidation has been identified as an effective method for enhancing the strength of AgMg alloys. However, the concurrent occurrence of embrittlement remains inadequately understood, thus limiting their broader application. This study investigates the oxidation behavior of AgMg alloys with Mg concentrations ranging from 1 at% to 7 at ...

ABSTRACT A major challenge in fabricating eutectic NiTiNb alloys is the incomplete melting of Nb due to its much higher melting point than the NiTi matrix. In this work, a novel electron‐beam freeform additive manufacturing strategy is developed to eliminate unmelted Nb particles and achieve a fully eutectic structure through independent dual‐wire ...

Advances in Elemene Nanodelivery Systems: From Material Design to Disease Treatment
ABSTRACT Elemene (ELE) is a bioactive sesquiterpenoid extracted from traditional Chinese herbs, demonstrating broad‐spectrum antitumor, anti‐inflammatory, and analgesic properties with significant therapeutic potential. However, its clinical utility is constrained by inherent physicochemical limitations, including volatility and hydrophobicity, which ...

Dual‐Stage Heat Treatment for Enhanced Hydrogen Storage Properties of Mg−Ni−Y Alloys
ABSTRACT Mg−Ni−Y alloy is considered to be one of the most promising hydrogen storage materials, but its high dehydrogenation energy barrier hinders its practical application. A dual‐stage heat treatment (490°C × 4 h + 550°C × 4 h) is applied to optimize the microstructure and hydrogen storage performance of a vacuum‐melted Mg94Ni3Y3 alloy.

Optimized Copper Distribution and Enhanced Coercivity in PrO2‐Doped Sm2Co17‐Type Magnets
ABSTRACT A rational design of Cu distribution is crucial for achieving optimal magnetic properties in Sm2Co17‐type magnets. In this study, nanostructured PrO2 powders were employed to induce Cu redistribution at grain boundaries while preserving the cellular microstructure. The corresponding coercivity (Hcj), remanence (Br), and maximum energy product (

Yttrium Addition Co‐Enhances the Plasticity and Corrosion Resistance of TiB2‐Refined Al‐Mg‐Zn Alloys
ABSTRACT To address the degradation of corrosion resistance induced by Al‐5Ti‐B grain refiner during the strengthening of Al‐Mg‐Zn alloys, this study innovatively employed a rare earth element yttrium (Y) alloying strategy to achieve synergistic enhancement of mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
