Yttrium Addition Co‐Enhances the Plasticity and Corrosion Resistance of TiB2‐Refined Al‐Mg‐Zn Alloys
ABSTRACT To address the degradation of corrosion resistance induced by Al‐5Ti‐B grain refiner during the strengthening of Al‐Mg‐Zn alloys, this study innovatively employed a rare earth element yttrium (Y) alloying strategy to achieve synergistic enhancement of mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.

目的观察子宫内膜癌(EC)组织中星形胶质细胞上调基因(AEG-1)的表达,并探讨其与微血管生成的关系。方法收集64例邯郸市妇幼保健院EC患者癌标本和同期35例良性子宫肌瘤患者正常组织作为研究对象,应用免疫组织化学染色法和蛋白印记法(WB)检测两种组织中AEG-1表达水平,并比较AEG-1高低表达与EC临床病理特征相关性,VEGF和肿瘤微血管内皮标志物CD34表达情况。结果 EC组织中AEG-1表达可达76.6%,而正常组织表达22.9%。此外,WB结果也显示AEG-1在EC组织中表达明显高于对照组织 ...

目的比较不同抗氧化微量营养素组合对实验性糖尿病小鼠心、脑、肾、肝组织氧化应激状态的干预作用,为应用抗氧化微量营养素防止糖尿病合并症提供科学依据。方法应用MLDS方法制备小鼠T1DM模型,分别添加4种(Se、VE、V、Cr)或7种(Se、VE、V、Cr、VC、烟酰胺、赖氨酸)抗氧化微量营养素,比较不同抗氧化微量营养素组合对糖尿病时心、脑、肾、肝组织抗氧化酶GSH-Px、SOD活性及自由基代谢产物MDA的影响。结果联合添加微量营养素的两组糖尿病小鼠心、脑、肾、肝组织GSH-Px、SOD活性不同程度地明显增高,
