目的探讨CD200在结肠癌组织中的表达以及在肿瘤微环境中的作用。方法应用组织芯片技术,对43例结肠癌组织以及26例癌旁正常组织CD200的表达进行对比研究。结果结肠癌组织与癌旁正常组织中CD200的表达存在差异,癌组织中CD200表达强度及表达范围均显著高于正常组织(P=0.001)。结论 CD200在结肠癌组织中呈高表达,提示其在肿瘤微环境免疫调节中具有潜在的价值。

采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和显微硬度计,研究了镍基合金等离子弧堆焊层的组织和性能。堆焊的基材为X65管线钢,焊丝是ERNiCrMo-3。研究结果表明,堆焊层由柱状晶和共晶组织组成,堆焊层中的柱状晶为γ固溶体,共晶组织为γ固溶体和Laves 相(富含Mo、Nb);由腐蚀电化学测试可知,堆焊层的耐蚀性能随着堆焊电流的增大而减弱;氢致开裂试验结果表明,堆焊电流越大,越容易发生氢致裂纹;显微硬度测试结果表明,由基体至堆焊层显微硬度先升高后下降,熔合区硬度最高,可达310 HV以上。

为了进一步提高CuCr合金的使用性能,笔者研究了挤压变形CuCr25合金的显微组织变化以及不同的时效温度和时效时间条件下CuCr25合金显微硬度和电导率的变化规律。结果表明:挤压变形后合金的显微组织均匀,晶粒大大细化;CuCr25合金挤压后经过950℃×1h固溶,在450℃时效2h可获得较好的综合性能,显微硬度可达到156HV,较铸态提高了68%,电导率可达24mS/m,较铸态提高了14%。
