随着智能变电站技术的快速发展,GIS电子式电压互感器已逐渐应用于智能变电站中。电子式电压互感器的绝缘特性是制约其长期运行稳定性和测量精度的关键因素之一,保证互感器内部绝缘可靠尤为重要。笔者通过理论分析、有限元仿真及实验相结合的方法,对220 k V电子式电压互感器内部绝缘特性进行了研究。首先通过理论分析得出互感器内部电场分布和场强,采用增加屏蔽结构对场强集中处进行了优化改进,最后结合有限元仿真和实验对改进后的互感器内部绝缘进行了验证,分析及试验表明互感器的绝缘特性满足运行要求。
