Distribution characteristics of bioavailable phosphorus and its correlation with chlorophyll-a in Hubian reservoir, Xiamen(厦门湖边水库生物有效磷分布特征及其与叶绿素a相关性)

采用氧化铁/醋酸纤维复合膜(FeO/CAM)法研究厦门湖边水库水体和沉积物中生物有效磷浓度的空间分布特征,分析生物有效磷及不同类群微藻叶绿素a质量浓度之间的相关性,初步探讨生物有效磷的来源.结果表明,表层水中生物有效磷质量浓度(FeO-P)低于底层水,且均以颗粒态生物有效磷(FeO-PP)为主.表层水中生物有效磷质量浓度在南部湖湾较高;而底层水中生物有效磷质量浓度则在开阔区域较高;沉积物中生物有效磷在入水口最高.各种生物有效磷与各类群藻叶绿素a质量浓度之间表现不同的相关性.除表层水中FeO ...

黄河三角洲盐渍化荒地种植植物对土壤改良、磷形态转化及有效性的影响

为了明确种植不同植物对黄河三角洲盐渍化荒地改良效果、土壤磷形态转化及增效调控机制,研究了在生长芦苇的盐渍化荒地改变种植植物(柽柳、白蜡、苜蓿)的改良措施对土壤磷形态转化及有效含量的影响。结果表明:与荒地芦苇相比,3种植物种植均能显著提高0—20 cm土壤磷酸酶活性,柽柳种植显著降低0—20 cm土壤pH,促进0—20 cm土壤大颗粒团聚体形成,提高0—40 cm土壤有机碳含量,显著增加0—100 cm土壤盐渍化程度,促使土壤速效磷(Ca2—P)和缓效磷(Ca8—P和Al—P)向难溶性磷(Ca10—P ...

大沽河流域农田土壤磷有效性及全磷淋失影响因素试验

以青岛市大沽河流域砂壤、河潮土、砂姜土3种农田土壤为研究对象,开展室内土柱试验,研究土壤pH、温度、含水率等理化性质与生物炭和氮肥配施对土壤有效磷(Olsen-P)和全磷(TP)淋失的影响,以期为提高农田土壤磷素有效性、减少全磷淋失提供参考依据。结果表明:3种土壤的pH在偏中性或弱碱性时磷素有效性最高,pH偏酸性时,土壤全磷淋失量较大;3种土壤不同土层中的Olsen-P含量随含水率的增加表现为不同的变化规律;3种土壤的磷素有效性均随温度的升高逐渐增大,全磷淋失量随温度的升高逐渐降低;生物炭和氮肥配施 ...
