研究了大型风电场联合集中式储能系统参与电网一次调频的可行性与经济性,并提出一种风储联合调频控制策略。统计分析了正常运行与发生功率缺额事件下实际电网的频率特性,仿真验证了新能源机组参与电网一次调频的必要性;类比火电机组一次调频原理,提出了新能源机组参与一次调频的基本条件;分析了风电机组基于转子惯量、预留备用和配置储能3种调频方案的技术经济性,指出风电场装配集中式储能以承担一次调频是更为经济有效的调频方案。旨在充分利用风机转子惯量以减少配置储能容量,提出一种风储协调的调频控制策略,有效减少储能容量。

优化调度策略是有源配电网对分布式能源实施主动管理的核心技术,也是有源配电网安全经济运行的重要保障。文中以不同类型分布式电源的出力为控制变量,构建了突出电压质量提升和运行成本降低为目标的模糊化调度模型。引入均匀分布的初始和声库及变维数和声记忆库对基本和声搜索算法的改进用于调度模型的求解。通过IEEE33节点系统上的大量仿真测试和比较分析,验证了所建立的优化调度模型和改进算法的正确性和有效性。

分布式电源接入配电网以后,其结构单源辐射型网络转变为多源多方向网络,于是主动配电网在消纳分布式电源容量时方向信息采集成为必要,由于配电网广大节点没有安装电压互感器,传统功率方向元件不再适用。文中提出一种基于正序故障分量的电流方向元件,在无电压信息的情况下,利用电流正序故障分量和正序故障分量定义的基准量之间的相位差来判别故障方向,不仅适用于任何分支节点,而且不受负荷电流的影响。在PSCAD/EMTDC中仿真验证了方向元件动作的正确性。
