固定栅板平转浸出器设计改进Design improvements of fixed-bottom rotocel extractor

为了降低粕残油，解决平转浸出器油斗内粕末堆积等问题，结合浸出过程合成图，对固定栅板平转浸出器的喷淋和油斗布置提出了一些新的看法。通过分析瞬时前提量，得出混合油前提量的计算方法。同时，分析了浸出器运转过程中所产生的摩擦力矩(功率计算的基础），得出了较为精确的计算公式。实践表明，所设计的平转浸出器应用6年有余，粕残油在0.5%以下，自清式油斗大大减少了设备的清理频次，摩擦力矩公式也被证明是相对精确的。In order to reduce residual oil in meal and prevent ...

奥氏体不锈钢在油脂设备中应用广泛，为高效、低成本地获得稳定、高质量的奥氏体不锈钢焊缝，在等离子弧焊+氩弧焊（PAW+TIG）组合焊基础上，提出PAW填丝打底焊+TIG脉冲盖面焊的改进PAW+TIG组合焊工艺，以5 mm厚的S30408不锈钢为例进行焊接试验，通过无损检测、拉伸试验、弯曲试验对焊缝进行检测，并梳理了改进PAW+TIG组合焊工艺实施要素。结果表明，改进PAW+TIG组合焊焊缝的外观良好，未出现焊接变形，各项性能满足工艺要求，焊接速度提升明显。采用该工艺对不锈钢进行焊接能延长油脂设备使用寿命 ...
