液压式高压断路器机械特性在线监测故障几率研究

在智能变电站中,在线监测系统能够实时记录断路器机械特性数据,包括储能电机电流曲线、分合闸线圈电流曲线、分合闸行程曲线等,笔者结合液压式高压断路器机械特性的各种可能故障,分析断路器机械特性故障对在线监测结果的影响,给出了机械特性故障几率的计算方法和实际应用的参数,并通过对断路器故障的模拟,计算了实际的故障几率。这一方法能够实时了解断路器的运行状态,为保障断路器的安全可靠运行提供了重要的技术手段,已经规模化应用于智能变电站实际工程中。

圆柱头盘形悬式瓷绝缘子钢脚结构优化分析

圆柱头和圆锥头盘形悬式瓷绝缘子的内、外绝缘性能在理论上无本质差别。相比圆锥头瓷绝缘子,圆柱头瓷绝缘子重量明显减轻,可有效降低杆塔导线的机械载荷;并且对于材料性能经时变化有较好的分散和调整能力,使得产品不受过大应力及不均匀应力的长时作用,具有较高的可靠性。为进一步提升圆柱头绝缘子产品的机械性能,笔者在不改变绝缘子铁帽及瓷件结构的前提下,建立了钢脚参数化的精细仿真模型,通过有限元法计算分析钢脚几何参数对圆柱头瓷绝缘子机械性能的影响,为产品优化提供设计参考。
