高矿化度油田水系统杀菌除氧剂的复配研究

研制了一种由混合氨基酸络合铜、双癸基二甲基氯化铵(DDAC)和D-异抗坏血酸钠复配的杀菌除氧剂,应用于油田水系统。研究了此杀菌除氧剂在高矿化度油田模拟水质下的杀菌和除氧性能。杀菌性能测试表明,复配试剂对油田常见的SRB、TGB和IB这3种细菌都具有很好的灭杀效果,附着型垢层细菌的杀菌率在98%以上,游离型细菌的杀菌率在99%以上。该试剂在40~80 ℃温度区间能达到98%以上的垢层杀菌率,且能实现12 h内的高效快速杀菌。除氧测试表明,复配试剂在温度为30~70 ℃或pH为6~10的范围内 ...

在现有季铵盐类杀菌灭藻剂上增加一个脂键,连接一个有机酸基团,合成一种兼具阻垢缓蚀功能的新型工业水处理用杀菌灭藻剂(多功能杀菌剂),经一系列评价实验表明:新型杀菌剂是较理想的杀菌剂,在较低浓度下,对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)及腐生菌(TGB)均有很好的杀灭效果,优于1227杀菌剂,同时还具有较好的缓蚀阻垢效果。

微生物电极系统快速评定杀菌剂的研究

本文描述了一个可用于杀菌剂快速评定的燃料电池型的微生物电极的构造及其基本原理。作出了三种杀菌剂不同添加量的电流—时间曲线和四种杀菌剂的添加量与抑菌率之间的关系曲线;同时用平板菌落计数法做出了上述四种杀菌剂的添加量与杀菌率之间的关系曲线。结果表明两者规律性相同,用微生物电极方法所得到的抑菌率反映了杀菌剂杀菌能力的强弱。该法评定杀菌剂所需的时间少于20min。

杀菌灭藻剂复配工艺研究

将不同作用机理的氧化型和非氧化型杀菌剂单体进行复配和筛选,测试其杀菌性能,并进行腐蚀实验测试及杀菌剂对水稳剂阻垢性能的影响测试,得到具有杀菌效果明显、稳定、持久的空调冷却水杀菌剂配方。实验结果显示:当NaClO和异噻唑啉酮按合适比例复配时,具有优于单一杀菌剂的杀菌效果,并且投加量小,杀菌作用时间持久,不影响其他水处理药剂的水处理性能。

中水回用电厂循环冷却水杀菌剂的优化

内蒙古某热电厂以污水处理厂二沉池出水为循环冷却水补水,使用复配杀菌剂控制其中的微生物。正交实验得出复方杀菌剂的最佳配方为次氯酸钠0.3 mL/L,新洁尔灭1.5 mL/L,异噻唑啉酮0.1 mL/L。结果表明,该复方杀菌剂的杀菌率高,且90%以上的较好杀菌率持续时间长达90 h以上,99%以上的高效杀菌率可维持36 h之多,而单一药剂的杀菌率在24~36 h时即显著下降,且该复配药剂的使用量小于其中任一单一药剂的最佳剂量。
