以盐酸胍、二乙烯三胺为原料,制备了新型聚合胍杀生剂G-11,并探讨了其杀菌性能。研究表明,该聚合胍杀生剂对工业循环冷却水中异养菌(TGB)、铁细菌(FB)、硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)和各种藻类有极其优异的杀灭效果,杀菌效果明显优于1227及双季铵盐等常规杀菌剂,具有杀菌持续时间长、杀生力强、广谱性的特点。工业应用试验表明,在现场循环水浓缩倍率为4倍以上时,具有较好的杀菌效果。

将合成的杂环有机硫杀菌剂及双季铵盐与异噻唑啉酮、二硫氰甲烷溶剂复配,制成一种水处理用生物黏泥处理剂TA-11,对其杀菌效果及黏泥剥离效果进行考察,并在某大型化工企业现场应用。研究结果表明,该水处理用生物黏泥处理剂的杀菌率较常用杀菌剂的杀菌率高,加药量为50mg/L时,黏泥剥离能力在80%以上。
