高矿化度油田水系统杀菌除氧剂的复配研究

研制了一种由混合氨基酸络合铜、双癸基二甲基氯化铵(DDAC)和D-异抗坏血酸钠复配的杀菌除氧剂,应用于油田水系统。研究了此杀菌除氧剂在高矿化度油田模拟水质下的杀菌和除氧性能。杀菌性能测试表明,复配试剂对油田常见的SRB、TGB和IB这3种细菌都具有很好的灭杀效果,附着型垢层细菌的杀菌率在98%以上,游离型细菌的杀菌率在99%以上。该试剂在40~80 ℃温度区间能达到98%以上的垢层杀菌率,且能实现12 h内的高效快速杀菌。除氧测试表明,复配试剂在温度为30~70 ℃或pH为6~10的范围内 ...

油田废水电解杀菌研究

采用电解杀菌技术处理油田废水,研究了电解时间、电流强度、极板间距以及电极联结方式等因素对废水中硫酸盐还原菌杀灭效果的影响。结果表明,油田废水经 3min电解杀菌,硫酸盐还原菌杀灭率高达99.90%。随着电解时间的增加,硫酸盐还原菌的杀菌率进一步提高;电流强度增加,硫酸盐还原菌的杀灭率升高。在电流强度保持不变的情况下,随着极板间距增加,极板之间电压升高,更有利于杀灭硫酸盐还原菌。在极板间电流强度相同的条件下,两种电极联结方式的杀菌率差别不大,杀菌率均在99.9%以上。

微生物电极系统快速评定杀菌剂的研究

本文描述了一个可用于杀菌剂快速评定的燃料电池型的微生物电极的构造及其基本原理。作出了三种杀菌剂不同添加量的电流—时间曲线和四种杀菌剂的添加量与抑菌率之间的关系曲线;同时用平板菌落计数法做出了上述四种杀菌剂的添加量与杀菌率之间的关系曲线。结果表明两者规律性相同,用微生物电极方法所得到的抑菌率反映了杀菌剂杀菌能力的强弱。该法评定杀菌剂所需的时间少于20min。

有机溴杀菌剂的实验室评价及工业应用

介绍了有机溴类杀菌剂在实验室的杀菌情况及现场工业应用情况,试验表明 :有机溴杀菌剂在实验室对异养菌、铁细菌和硫酸盐还原菌的杀菌力强,72h能保持高的杀菌率;杀菌速度快,无论是实验室还是现场,4h内均能达到 10 0 %的杀菌率;它能有效的杀灭藻类,对活性污泥无影响。但在含有机磷酸盐的循环水系统中,有机溴杀菌剂会降低循环水的总磷值,影响正常加药。

中水回用电厂循环冷却水杀菌剂的优化

内蒙古某热电厂以污水处理厂二沉池出水为循环冷却水补水,使用复配杀菌剂控制其中的微生物。正交实验得出复方杀菌剂的最佳配方为次氯酸钠0.3 mL/L,新洁尔灭1.5 mL/L,异噻唑啉酮0.1 mL/L。结果表明,该复方杀菌剂的杀菌率高,且90%以上的较好杀菌率持续时间长达90 h以上,99%以上的高效杀菌率可维持36 h之多,而单一药剂的杀菌率在24~36 h时即显著下降,且该复配药剂的使用量小于其中任一单一药剂的最佳剂量。
