Gongye shui chuli, 2014 以盐酸胍、二乙烯三胺为原料，制备了新型聚合胍杀生剂G-11，并探讨了其杀菌性能。研究表明，该聚合胍杀生剂对工业循环冷却水中异养菌（TGB）、铁细菌（FB）、硫酸盐还原菌（SRB）和各种藻类有极其优异的杀灭效果，杀菌效果明显优于1227及双季铵盐等常规杀菌剂，具有杀菌持续时间长、杀生力强、广谱性的特点。工业应用试验表明，在现场循环水浓缩倍率为4倍以上时，具有较好的杀菌效果。

, 2011 2010年5月,北京动物园饲养的1只大灰袋鼠急性死亡。解剖发现其胰腺、心肌、大网膜、肾上腺等大面积出血。无菌采集肝、脾、大网膜接种于血琼脂培养基,分离到一株细菌。对细菌纯培养物进行形态学观察,并分别做氧化酶、触酶、糖发酵等生化特性试验,初步判定为多杀性巴氏杆菌。同时,API鉴定系统显示,该菌为氧化酶阳性、触酶阳性。API20E鉴定试纸鉴定为多杀性巴氏杆菌,鉴定百分率为90%。用该菌的培养物对6只小白鼠做致病性试验。6只小鼠均于6 h内死亡,经剖检均从心血中分离到较纯的多杀性巴氏杆菌 ...

Gongye shui chuli, 2002 研究了污水回用于循环冷却水时pH、COD对细菌生长及杀菌性能的影响。结果表明，pH值在酸性范围内有利于铁细菌生长，对异养菌生长没有影响；pH值变化对优氯净的杀菌性能没有影响，而异噻唑啉酮不适于牛口峪污水回用时的杀菌。高COD有利于细菌的生长，但对杀菌剂的杀菌性能没有影响，相反与一些杀菌剂有一定的协同效应。
